Bacon Cheddar Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon of melted butter or margarine
  • 2 cups of Betty Crocker’s Bisquick baking mix
  • 6 cooked and crumbled bacon strips
  • 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese

 

1) Beat the egg in a medium-sized bowl.

2) Add the milk, sour cream and tablespoon of melted butter or margarine

3) Stir in the 2 cups of Bisquick baking mix. Mix well.

4) Fold in the cooked and crumbled bacon strips and the grated cheddar cheese.

5) Spoon batter onto the hot waffle maker and cook until golden brown.

6) Serve drizzled with maple syrup.
