Bacon and Tomato Omelette

Time: 12 minutes


  • 2 rashers bacon, cut into small pieces
  • 1 small tomato, chopped into small pieces
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbs milk or cream
  • 1 Tbs butter

1) Melt butter in a small pan (~20cm). Fry the bacon.

2) Using a fork, whisk the eggs and milk or cream in a bowl. Pour into the pan and move around vigorously for 30 seconds.

3) Remove from heat and add the chopped tomato. Place under grill or in a hot oven for a further minute.
