Chocolate Chip Muffins

  • 250g all-purpose flour
  • 100g sugar
  • 10g baking powder
  • 3g salt
  • 1 egg
  • 180ml milk
  • 80ml vegetable oil
  • 150g chocolate chips

1) In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients.

2) In a small bowl, beat egg, milk and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips.

3) Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake at 400 degrees F for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
