Olive Oil, Tomato and Basil Pasta

  • 110 g farfalle pasta
  • 1 plum tomato, seeded and diced
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1/2 clove garlic, minced
  • 5g fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips
  • Salt and pepper to taste

1) Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

2) In a large bowl, gently toss the cooked pasta, tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
