Four Cheese Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 pound) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 1 large sweet red pepper, chopped
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 115g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 80g shredded Swiss cheese
  • 40g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 75g crumbled feta cheese
  • 8g minced fresh parsley
  • 3g minced fresh basil
  • 3 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 15 ml olive or vegetable oil
  • 6g garlic cloves, minced

1) On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 15-in. x circle. Transfer to a greased 14-in. pizza pan; build up edges slightly. Prick dough several times with a fork. Bake at 400 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from the oven.

2) Reduce heat to 375 degrees F. Sprinkle chopped peppers, cheeses, parsley and basil over crust. Arrange tomato slices over top. In a small bowl, combine oil and garlic; brush over tomatoes.

3) Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let pizza stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
