Chinese Noodles

  • 225g rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon chilli sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 spring onion, chopped

1) Bring a large pot of water to the boil. Add the noodles, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until firm, then drain.

2) Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Sauté the garlic until tender. Stir in noodles, and season with soy sauce, chilli sauce, salt and pepper. Sprinkle the top with chopped spring onion.
