Creamy Chicken and Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 30 g butter or margarine
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 105 g sliced mushrooms
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 0.3 g garlic powder
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 120 ml milk
- 30 ml dry sherry
- 0.3 g ground black pepper
- 640 g hot cooked medium egg noodles
1) Heat 1 tablespoon butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken.
2) Heat remaining butter. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic and cook until tender.
3) Add soup, milk, sherry and pepper. Heat to a boil. Return chicken to pan. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done. Serve with noodles.
