I missed the UCAS deadline - what happens now?

If UCAS receive your application after the 15th October, or 15th January deadline, but before the 30th June, they will still send it to your choices of universities and colleges. However, they do not have to consider you so don’t be surprised if you get rejected outright.

Many universities and colleges do, however, continue to consider applications for some courses until the end of the application cycle.

Applications received after 30th June are not sent to the universities and colleges. These applications go directly into Clearing. So our advice is to make sure you get your UCAS application sent off on time!
