Oxford application form

To apply to Oxford you need to complete an extra application form in addition to the UCAS form. It is two sides long and mostly just personal details. The important bits are the addition information box and the reference on the back, both of which need to be prepared specially for Oxford.

Both these boxes are optional, if you think you have included enough information on your UCAS form you don't need to put anything, though if you want to put something specific to Oxford this is you chance.

What you need to know

If you're entering higher education, you can receive financial support from the government.

To do this, you need to apply through the Student Finance England service.
