Subject advice

Here at Studential, we aim to help prospective university students with all stages of their application as much as we can.

We know that one of the most important stages of your UCAS application is the interview, and we often receive requests for help with this, particularly those applying for medicine and veterinary science.

Whilst we have contacted many universities asking them to provide original, first-hand advice from admissions tutors for the subjects mentioned above, many of them replied asking that prospective students visit the university admissions page for each subject and read the interview advice outlined there.

In some cases, where universities give little detail on their interview procedure and selection criteria, this is not always very helpful.

We therefore encourage all prospective students to email the admissions tutors for the courses they have applied for, and try to gain additional information that may answer any questions you have regarding the interview, and settle any anxieties you might have, too.

To make it easier for you to find the help you need with your interview(s), we've put together a guide on all the major subjects you will likely be called to interview for, and listed the links to the interview webpage by all universities offering that particular course where possible.
