Essex enrolment form

This form shows the courses (the parts which make up my scheme) which I will be taking in my first year. There are no optional courses available to me in my first year. At the bottom of the form I had to sign it and send it back to Essex.

An offer from Essex arrives while I'm at the open day

When I got home from the Essex open day, I found that I had received my clearing letter from them in the post. This was effectively and offer of a place on my chosen course, which would be finalised if I send off my clearing entry form to Essex.

Also enclosed was an Essex prospectus, just like the one I had taken back from the Essex open day.
