Get some clearing offers in mail

Today I got my first pack in the post from a university. Unfortunately
it was from Liverpool, a university I had already pretty much decided
I wasn't going to go to. What I was really hoping for was something in
the mail from Reading which also should have been posted the same day
as the stuff from Liverpool was.
After I got this pack I phoned up Liverpool and told them I was sorry
but I was unable to accept their offer, as I had decided I was going to
go somewhere else.
